RETURN & EXCHANGE

Returns
We are happy to accept returns/exchanges on full priced items. Items must be unworn, undamaged and be in the exact condition they were received in with all security tags and labels attached.
You have 14 days from the date of receipt to return your order. Anything outside this time frame will not be accepted. We reserve the right to reject a return should we deem the garment to breach these conditions. We do not accept returns on sale items, swimwear or bodysuits, as it is against hygiene regulations. 
Please ensure you have booked in your return/exchange with our customer service team via email whitepalmboutique@gmail.com and you will be sent the returns form. Please complete the returns form and send it back to us. Don't forget to include the reason for your return as we want you to help us improve in any way we can. 
Additional Info
Return shipping remains at the customer’s expense. International orders are advised to provide return tracking information in order to have their return booking approved.

White Palm Boutique will not be held liable if the return parcel is not received. Any return customs charges will remain at the customer’s expense. If customs fees are left unpaid your return parcel will sent back to you.

All returns will be processed within 14 days of receipt back of the goods.
